Mr. Friesen’s practice concentrates on commercial and residential real estate, business and corporate law, and Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy, workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy and social security disability.  Mr. Friesen earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Friesen managed farms for the agri-business corporation Murphy Family Farms, headquartered in Rose Hill, North Carolina, then the world’s largest swine producer.  Mr. Friesen was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2003, and the Nebraska State Bar in 2005.  Mr. Friesen is a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2013.

Mr. Friesen is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Nebraska State Bar, and the Craven County Bar Association. His areas of practice are Real Estate, Business Law, and Bankruptcy.
